WRC Rope Clamp
Wedge Type Rope Clamps (WRC) provide a fail safe method of anchoring, suspending or manoeuvering wire ropes. The WRC clamp works on the principle of tapered, self tightening wedges which produce a gripping action on a wire rope.
- WRC Rope Clamps provide a safe method for anchoring, suspending, or maneuvering of wire ropes.
- They can be used for permanent clamping or during installation and maintenance of wire ropes.
- Self tightening wedges produce a gripping action on the wire rope and pull tighter into the clamps to increase the holding load.
- A hydraulic wedge extraction unit can be used to easily disassemble the clamp after use.
- Supplied complete with two shackles which can be used for transport and rigging purposes.
