The essence of the SteepTrans system is safe transport on step inclines with small tunnel size

SteepTrans is a concept that is realised with the use of MineTrans: a steep direct approach to reach a mineral deposit with as little waste as possible.

SteepTrans can be a cost effective way to build a mine operation with alternative transport means and smaller overall tunnel diameters as opposed to traditional tire based vehicles.
