smartsense® SSFM-100-Airflow-U30
Specifically designed for tunnel applications, the SSFM-100- Airflow-U30 is a part of Becker Mining System’s state-of-the-art smartsense® environmental monitoring system range.
Installed on both sides of a tunnel, the SSFM-100-AIRFLOW-U30 uses an ultrasonic time-of-flight method to measure air velocity. False alarms from short duration gusts are preventable via a built-in time delay (from 0-99 seconds). Only when wind speed reaches a preset value limit will the corresponding relay be triggered.
Remote visual and/or audible alarms are available via additional connections.
