Becker Mining Systems smartcom® 450 In-line Attenuator provides a means of easily and accurately adjusting the loss at any point along the Leaky Feeder network.
This can improve voice and data performance by making adjustments that reduce system noise and maintain minimum losses between system components such as line amplifier and smartcom Ethernet components.
The equipment is comprised of a single PCB housed inside a glass fiber reinforced polyester enclosure. The Inline Attenuator has two RF connections for simple installation of UHF coaxial radiating cables.
